We currently ship our rugs across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment status at any time.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
